The music program at Southeast Polk has over 180 students participate every year at the high school level, across 6 different bands, and prides itself on being inclusive to all students.
The Southeast Polk Band Program excels in developing well-rounded musicians through comprehensive instruction and performance opportunities in marching band, wind ensemble, symphonic band, and jazz band. With a focus on musical excellence, discipline, and teamwork, Southeast Polk Band program fosters leadership, dedication, and a lifelong appreciation for music.

SCIBA HONOR BAND AUDITIONS
Good luck to all of the SEP students planning to audition for the SCIBA Honor Band! 2025 SEP SCIBA Auditionees.

Students are responsible for their own transportation
The honor band will take place on Saturday, January 10th for those accepted

Students will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the Drake Honor Band
CONCERT ENSEMBLES
HS BAND CONCERT - SYMPHONIC BAND & WIND ENSEMBLE
Thursday, December 11th - 7:00pm - SEP HS Auditorium
6:15pm - Student report time in full uniform (SB on stage, WE in 122)
6:20pm - Warm up begins
6:35pm - Auditorium open for audience
7:00pm - Concert starts (Symphonic Band, then Wind Ensemble)
